Annina II is a 10m long lateen sail.
It was built in Carloforte by the renowned shipwright Francesco Biggio in 1969 in oak, ash, rock pine, maritime pine and fir. For the first twenty years it was employed in coral fishing in Alghero then, in the same sea, it was the lobster fishing boat until the early 2000s. Today Annina II sails in those waters where she was born and carries on her trade accompanying Luca in fishing for octopus and lobster between the islands of Sant’Antioco and Carloforte.
