Before I begin, I would like to make a small premise: I know this island like the back of my hand, but I have never tired of it. Much less of telling it to the youngest, to holidaymakers who show interest, to residents hungry for our history. Knowing and preserving the identity of our land, making it known and divulging it, is an exercise that helps us look better into the future. But I do not want to bore anyone, let me be clear. My intention is only one: to tell the whole story of this magnificent place. I hope to succeed, or at least, this is my humble mission. This beautiful island offers unique atmospheres. Every day it spreads its characteristic scent according to the winds: that of the Mediterranean maquis.
