The experience includes a walk through the Carignano vineyards, cultivated as alberello vines on sandy soils in the historic locality of Sa Barra, a few steps from the centre of Sant'Antioco. During the visit, the characteristics of the vine, its history and traditional cultivation techniques are illustrated.
At the end of the route, a tasting of Xabarra wine is offered, accompanied by a platter of typical local products. All of this takes place in a relaxed environment, surrounded by vineyards, with a view of the lagoon.
