After 10 years of hospitality, culture and environmental education, it is time to add a new chapter to our story: the MuMA Bistrot! A place where you can rediscover the flavours of family cooking, immersed in the warmth of our land.
The MuMA Bistrot is the kitchen of our hostel, but it has the soul of a beach house: intimate, quiet, overlooking the picturesque seafront of Sant'Antioco. Here, the pace slows down and each dish tells a story of taste and simplicity. In collaboration with Agricola Sant'Andrèa local producer of artisanal, sustainable wines rooted in the land, we offer informal, genuine cuisine that is deeply rooted in our land. There is always something for everyone: land, sea and vegetarian dishes.
We are by the sea in Sant'Antioco, but we also like to bring the flavours of the land to the table. Thus was born the Sardinian Thursday dinner at MuMA Bistrotan evening dedicated to the traditional cuisine of the island, to the peasant and pastoral culture, made of simple ingredients but deeply linked to the territory, a journey that tells stories of community, of slow gestures and ancient flavours. Every week a Sardinian menu down to the last bite.
