Casa di Ale is an elegantly renovated flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one located in the living area and the other in the sleeping area, both with shower and mosquito nets on the windows. The living area is a large open space that includes a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, as well as a laundry area and a storage room. The property is equipped with air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas. Outside, guests can enjoy a courtyard equipped with a sink, a portable barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. The flat is conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the main services, as well as a short distance from the seafront. Ample free parking is available nearby. The beach can be reached in about 5 km and a green park is only a 2-minute walk away. With a capacity of six beds, the property is available from April to October. A mountain bike tour guide is available for guests, offering the opportunity to discover the beauty of the island.
