Our cuisine stems from tradition, from the teachings received from our aunt and recipes handed down from generation to generation. The various products we offer include bread, soups, vegetables, meat, fish and desserts that are baked in the old wood-fired oven. We only use products of 0 km. The Home Restaurant Da zia Pinuccia is located in the centre of town: an old campidanese house from the 1800?s flanked by a large courtyard and an old wine warehouse with a wood-burning oven. Our guests step back in time: the furniture, crockery, tablecloths, utensils, and terracotta pots are all objects from the past that they can admire here. So many are the memories, 'the knowledge and flavours' and scents that we would like to preserve and pass on in this way. The food on offer is that of Sardinia and in particular of the Antioch culinary culture. Our menus follow the seasonality and, depending on requests, are either meat or fish. The following workshops are available on request: processing and baking bread, fresh pasta and desserts in the wood-fired oven.
