The property is located in the centre of the village, a few steps from the historical centre and only 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Sant'Antioco Island. The house has double exposure to sunlight, so it is very bright, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen equipped with all the amenities and accessories for a perfect stay. It is equipped with air conditioning and all the accessories for excellent comfort. There is also a small garden where it is possible to eat outside, with an additional space for parking motorbikes and bicycles.
