Farmhouse Erbe Matte
A unique and atmospheric evening where you can discovering the traditions and magic of Sardiniatogether with the naturopath Marcella Fadda who will guide you on a journey to recognise and pick flowers and plants for St John's Day.
What awaits you:
- Gathering herbs and flowers to prepare St John's Water
- Tales of herbal properties according to Sardinian folk medicine
- Traditional rituals around the fire
- Legends of the Janas and traditional Sardinian stories
- And at the end... you can take home the Magic Water of St. John!
What you need to bring:
a basket for herbs, a hat to protect you from the sun and scissors for pruning, a glass or ceramic container for preparing St John's water.
L'agritourism Erbe Matte offers participants a light refreshments and drinksbut everyone is free to bring their favourite home-cooked dish and share it with the participants.
