Rubiu is a small craft brewery with production aimed both at direct consumption on its own premises and at distribution through bottles and kegs in various formats. We have a modern plant, made entirely of steel, which guarantees maximum hygiene at all stages of production. We offer guided tours of the production plant. Our beers are produced in high fermentation, we do not pasteurise or filter them in order not to alter or damage aromas and flavours that would otherwise be lost. Finally, in order to obtain a natural carbonation and greater roundness, we carry out a second fermentation in the bottle. Worthy companions of our beer are the pizzas and selections of local products. Rubiu will offer you pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven and a small kitchen with dedicated proposals for intolerant persons and vegetarian and vegan options.
