MuseoDiffuso.exe - Ex Monte Granatico Creative Experience Centre is a project promoted by the Municipality of Sant'Antioco in co-project with the association Ottovolante Sulcis A.P.S. and supported by Foundation of Sardinia. The project was created with the aim of enhancing the historical, archaeological and cultural heritage of the island through cultural, artistic and participatory activities that connect community, territory and contemporary creativity.
The project site is located at the Ex Monte Granatico, a space that over the years has become a reference point for cultural, educational and artistic initiatives aimed in particular at young people. MuseoDiffuso.exe offers workshops, exhibitions, meetings, cultural events, artist residencies and creative experiences involving artists, photographers, students and citizens in a shared process of interpreting the territory.
The project's activities are also developed in relation to the itineraries of the Museo Diffuso and the city's most significant places, with initiatives that combine research, artistic experimentation and valorisation of Sant'Antioco's historical and archaeological heritage. Through the production of photographic, visual and audio content, workshops and meetings with the community, the project promotes new forms of knowledge and use of the territory.
MuseoDiffuso.exe thus proposes itself as a space open to participation, collaboration between institutions, cultural operators and citizens, contributing to the cultural growth of the territory and the construction of a living relationship between memory, identity and contemporaneity.
