Il Gusto in Bottega is an artisanal pastry shop in the heart of Sant’Antioco, with roots dating back to between 1920 and 1933. In this historic shop, Sardinian tradition meets great Italian and French pastry-making every day, in an authentic fusion that you can taste from the very first bite.

Our desserts are born from a single philosophy: real ingredients, skilled hands, and thirty years of passion. No compromises, no shortcuts!
We carefully select every ingredient: authentic almonds, French butter, premium chocolate, fresh seasonal fruit, local ricotta, and Sant’Antioco honey. No semi-finished products. Only genuine goodness, kneaded every morning in our bakery with skill, tradition, and a deep love for our craft.

You’ll find pardulas and seadas made the old-fashioned way, next to custom cakes designed for your special moments. The Grandma’s Sultanini sit side by side with a crispy mille-feuille, a fresh fruit tart, and a refined Saint-Honoré. And of course, a rich selection of almond pastries, a symbol of the most authentic Sardinia.
